  As we cannot guarantee the transit of your returned item(s) we recommend using  Royal Mails Recorded Delivery Service.

If for you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it (in new condition) and in the original packaging within 7 days. We will exchange the item or give you a credit or refund for the purchase price of the item, not including shipping and handling charges, by your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days (Monday-Friday) from the day you return your package for your return to be exchanged or credited.
